We have a no hassle 48-hour cancelation policy. A full refund will be issued if the cancelation is made 48 hours prior to reservation. Cancelations made within 48-hours of your reservation, and no shows, are charged in full. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort possible to reschedule on the same day if specific reservation times are cancelled due to passing weather.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Cash is also accepted at time of rental for any remaining balance.
Yes, there is a $250 deposit required for each Jet Ski rented. A $250 hold will be placed on a credit card for each Jet Ski rented.
Yes. All participants will need to sign a waiver. The primary renter, anyone participating in the activity that is 18 years or older, and a parent or legal guardian will need to sign a waiver for each minor under the age of 18 that will be participating in the activity. Waivers can be found in your conformation email.
Yes. USCG approved life jackets (PFDs) are provided.
Yes, gas is included in the hourly rental prices. If additional fuel is needed during the rental, it will be at the renter’s expense. Additional fuel can only be purchased at the Pickup Marina Location
You must be born before September 1, 1993 to operate a personal watercraft (PWC) without a valid Texas Boater Education Course certificate. Anyone born after September 1, 1993 must complete an approved Texas Boater Education Course to operate any power boat in Texas. This course is available online.
Or you may purchase a one-time 15-day Boater’s Ed Deferral ($10) from TPWD or any place hunting and fishing licenses are sold.
You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card and a government issued I.D. to rent a Jet Ski.
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government issued I.D. to operate a Jet Ski.
Each Jet Ski can accommodate two riders and the total weight cannot exceed 350 lbs
Passengers must be at least seven years of age and fit in a U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket to be a passenger on a jet ski. It is highly recommended that younger passengers have good swimming skills.
